Hide/Unhide app

Hide/Unhide app

There will be times when you may want to stop using a particular app. When that happens, you'd ideally want the old app to go away so that it doesn't take up space in your Admin Panel and make the screen congested. Hiding the app can help you achieve that.

Hiding an app will not deactivate or delete it; it will merely stop the app showing up in the My Apps screen or the Admin Panel. Users can still access it by directly navigating to its URL. For example, even after hiding Zoho Campaigns, users who are assigned that app can access it by typing https://campaigns.zoho.com/ in their browser's address bar.
