HelloSign for Zoho Directory

Prerequisites

  1. A HelloSign Enterprise or Enterprise Plus account with administrator privileges.

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

  1. Sign in to Zoho One/Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. In Zoho One, go to Marketplace and click Browse Applications. In Zoho Directory, go to Applications and click Add Application.
  3. Use the search bar to find and add HelloSign.

  4. Click Add.
  5. Click Single Sign-On.
  6. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.
  7. Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the Issuer, the Sign-in URL, and the X.509 Certificate.

Configure SAML in HelloSign

  1. Sign in to HelloSign as an admin.
  2. Click on your profile name in the top-right corner.
  3. If you're on the Enterprise Plan, click Settings, then click Team. Scroll down to the SAML SSO section. If you are on the Enterprise Plus Plan, click Admin Console, then click Security.
  4. Check Enable SAML SSO.
  5. Enter the Sign-in URL in the Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL field, the IdP Issuer in the Identity Provider Issuer field, and the IdP X.509 Certificate in the X.509 Certificate field.
  6. Check Allow standard logins for admins.
  7. Click Save.

Just-in-time provisioning

Just-in-time (JIT) provisioning creates a HelloSign account for users during their first SSO attempt. This means you don't have to do so manually for each user.
To enable JIT provisioning:
  1. Sign in to HelloSign as an admin.
  2. Click on your profile name in the top-right corner.
  3. If you're on the Enterprise Plan, click Settings, then click Team. Scroll down to the SAML SSO section. If you are on the Enterprise Plus Plan, click Admin Console, then click Security.
  4. Check Allow just-in-time (JIT) provisioning.
  5. Click Save.
NOTE: Enabling Allow provisioning (JIT,SCIM) to increase max seats (will incur charge) along with JIT may lead to additional charges from HelloSign.

Test the SAML connection

  1. Return to the Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Applications, then click HelloSign.
  3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
  4. Click . If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to HelloSign's homepage.

  5. After successfully testing the connection, you can start assigning the app and make it available for all users in their My Apps pages.
