Prerequisites

1. Administrator Flatter Files account.
   
2. Your domain must be verified by Flatter Files. To do this, it must be sent to support@flatterfiles.com for approval.
   

Configure SAML in Zoho One/Directory

If you're a Zoho One user:

1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and install Flatter Files.
     
   

If you're a Zoho Directory user:

1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
   
3. Use the search bar to find and add Flatter Files.
   
   
4. Name your app.
   
5. Click Add.
   
6. Click the Single Sign-On tab.
   
7. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.
   
8. Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the Sign-in URL and the X.509 Certificate.
   

Configure SAML in Flatter Files

1. Sign in to your Flatter Files account as an administrator.
   
2. Click DASHBOARD in the left navigation menu, then click Settings.
   
3. Click Company in the top menu.
   
4. Check Use SAML 2.0 for Authentication.
   
5. Click Configure SAML.
   
6. Enter the domain name.
   
   

   The domain name entered must be sent to support@flatterfiles.com for approval. If it has not been added to the approval list, an error message will be shown when you try to update the SAML settings. 
7. Paste the previously-copied Sign-in URL in the Identity Provider URL field.
   
8. Paste the previously-copied X.509 Certificate in the Identity Provider Certificate field.
   
9. Click Update.
   

 Test the SAML connection

1. Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
   
2. Go to Applications, then click Flatter Files.
   
3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
   
4. Click the  icon next to the app's name. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Flatter Files' homepage.
