Enroll via Google Zero-touch
Zero-touch enrollment is a simplified process that enables Android devices to be enrolled and work-ready out of the box. This allows IT admins to bulk enroll corporate Android devices, instead of manually deploying each new device.
Prerequisites
- Supported devices must be purchased from authorized zero-touch resellers
- A Google account associated with your corporate ID. Create a Google account with your corporate email address.
- A Zero-touch portal account created by the zero-touch reseller
Integrate Zoho One with Zero-touch portal
- Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Device Management.
- Choose Android as the OS and Zero Touch Enrollment as the Enrollment Type.
- Copy the JSON data displayed.
- Sign in to the Zero-touch portal using your corporate Google account.
- Click Configurations in the left menu.
- Click [plus_icon.png].
- Enter Configuration name and choose EMM DPC as Other.
- Paste the copied JSON data in the EMM extras field.
- Enter the Company name, Support email address, Support phone number, and Custom message.
- Click Add.
- Select the configuration from Default configuration, then click Apply.
Enroll devices to Zoho One
After integrating Zoho One with Zero-touch portal, you can enroll devices to Zoho One by associating a Zoho One Device Management profile.
To enroll devices to Zoho One:
- Sign in to the Zero-touch portal using your corporate Google account.
- Click Devices in the left menu.
- To associate profile with a single device:
- Search for the device you want to configure using its IMEI or serial number.
- Choose the Zoho One configuration for the device.
- To associate profile with multiple devices:
- Create a CSV file containing the device list along with their configuration.
- Click [three_dots_google.png], on the left corner of the Devices table.
- Click Upload batch configurations.
- Browse and select the created CSV file.
- Click Upload.
De-register a device in Zero-touch portal
If you no longer want to manage a device, you can de-register the device from the zero-touch portal.
To de-register a device:
- Sign in to the Zero-touch portal using your corporate Google account.
- Click Devices in the left menu.
- Search for the device you want to remove using its IMEI or serial number.
- Click DEREGISTER in the top-left corner of the device row.
- Click DEREGISTER in the confirmation prompt.
NOTE: Once you de-register the device from zero-touch portal using the above method, you have to contact the reseller if you want to enroll the device again. If you want to remove device temporarily, choose No config in the Configuration column.
