How to enable Audio notifications in Chrome?

Sometimes, the audio settings in your Chrome browser might be disabled by default which can, in turn, result in missed chats. To modify this, 
If you are a SalesIQ User:
  • In your Chrome browser, click on the 'Lock' symbol right next to the URL.
  • Navigate to '  Site Settings  '.



  1. You will be navigated to the Permissions  page.  Here, choose the Allow option for Sound and your audio notifications will be enabled.


 

If you are a CRM Plus User:
  • In your Chrome browser, click on the Lock  symbol right next to the URL.
  • Navigate to   Site Settings .



  • You will be navigated to the Permissions  page. Here, choose the Allow option for Sound and your audio notifications will be enabled.

How to enable Audio notifications in Safari?

If you are a SalesIQ User:
  • In your Safari browser, click Safari on the top band and choose Settings for this website 


  • In the Auto-play section, choose Allow All Auto-play .


If you are a CRM Plus User:
  1. In your Safari browser, click  Safari  on the top band and choose  Settings for this website 

  1. In the  Auto-play  section, choose  Allow All Auto-play .
