 Email policy

All email notifications are sent from two types of email addresses. You can configure this from your organization profile (link out).

Note: If you choose to send emails from your primary email address, please make sure to add v=spf1 include:zohocommerce.com ~all in the SPF record of your domain's DNS settings. This is because these emails can sometimes land in your recipient’s spam folder, causing them to go unnoticed.

Adding an SPF record will ensure that your emails don't end up in your customers' spam folder.

How will adding an SPF record help?

By adding an SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record to your domain, your recipient's mail server will be able to verify that Zoho Commerce is sending emails using your email address with your domain's permission.
