Edit organization information

Edit organization information

Organization information will be shared and used in all individual apps. Only the organization owner can edit the organization information.

In the mobile application:

  1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap on your profile picture in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap Organization Info, then tap EDIT.
  4. Edit the Company Name and Portal URL if needed.
    1. Company Name: The name of your organization.
    2. Portal URL: The URL of your Zoho One portal. This will be unique to your organization, and you'll be notified if the URL you've entered isn't available.
    Note: You can only edit your organization's Primary Location and Contact Information in the Zoho One web application.
  5. Tap SAVE.

In the web application:

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left navigation menu.
  2. Go to Organization, then click Organization Info.
  3. Hover over your organization's name, then click Edit.

  4. Edit the following, as needed:
    1. Company Name: The name of your organization.
    2. Portal URL: The URL of your Zoho One portal. This will be unique to your organization, and you'll be notified if the URL you've entered isn't available.
    3. Primary Location: The primary work location or headquarters of your organization.
    4. Contact Information: Your organization's website and telephone, mobile, and fax numbers.
  5. Click Update.
