Effects of editing old fields

When an old field is edited, the changes made will be applied retroactively to the existing users.

For example, assume you had set the default value of the Shift Timing text field as "9 to 5". You add 10 users, all with the default value set for Shift Timing. If you then edit the field and set the default value as "10 to 6", all 10 users will display "10 to 6" as their Shift Timing.
