No, you don't have to pay an additional fee for the PhoneBridge feature in CRM. The PhoneBridge feature enables you to integrate CRM with a PBX client and is available for all the paid editions. Before you start using PhoneBridge, it must be enabled from your Zoho CRM account.
To enable PhoneBridge:
  1. Navigate to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Click Enable PhoneBridge.
If you try to integrate your PBX system without enabling Phonebridge in Zoho CRM, you will see the error message: 'Admin has not enabled Telephony in Zoho'.
