Disassociate profiles

Disassociate profiles

You can disassociate a profile from a specific device or group. Once a profile is dissociated, the policies and restrictions configured within that profile will no longer apply to the selected device or group.
For example, if the profile had a passcode policy configured, it will no longer be applied to the device or group. Users will now be able to access their devices without passcodes.

To disassociate a profile:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Device management.
  3. Go to the Profiles tab, then click on the required profile.
  4. To disassociate the profile from a device:
    1. Click the Associated Devices tab.
    2. Hover over the right corner of the required device, then click .
    3. Click Disassociate Profile.
    4. In the prompt, click Disassociate.
  5. To disassociate the profile from a group:
    1. Click the Associated Groups tab.
    2. Hover over the right corner of the required group, then click .
    3. Click Disassociate Profile.
    4. In the prompt, click Disassociate.
