Disable incoming calls

Removing the incoming call routing configuration of a number will disable it from receiving any incoming calls.
To disable incoming calls:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Marketplace in the left menu.
  3. Click Access below the Telephony section, then go to the Incoming Call Routing tab.
  4. Click   next to the required phone number, then click Disable.
