Device summary and info

The Devices tab displays details and specifications of individual enrolled devices, such as device type, OS information, and SIM status.
NOTE: Some details may not be visible, depending on the type of OS.

To view the summary and info of enrolled devices:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One  , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2.  Go to Device management , then go to the Devices .
  3. Click on the required device, then click the Summary tab to view the basic device details.
  4. Click the Info tab to view the device information and its specifications.
The Summary tab consists of the following sections:
  1. BASIC SUMMARY
    Specifications
    Description
    Type
    Type of the device that has been enrolled in Zoho One. Admins can use this detail to identify and perform device-specific actions .
    Model
    Release model of the device which has been enrolled in Zoho One. Admins can use this detail to identify and perform device-specific actions.
    IMEI
    International Mobile Equipment Identity, a 15-17 digit number useful in identifying the individual devices. Admins can use this number to track stolen devices or request service providers to block access to stolen devices.
    Device Name 
    Default or user-customized name of the enrolled device. Admins can use this name to identify devices.
    Product Name
    Release name given to the device by the manufacturer. E.g., Samsung Galaxy Edge or Moto G5.
    Device Manufacturer
    Name of the company that manufactured the enrolled device. E.g., Samsung or Motorola.
    Activation Lock
    Activation Lock is a feature exclusive to Apple devices. It will be enabled along with Find My functionality. It prevents any unauthorized access of one's device if that device is stolen or misplaced. This field specifies whether Activation lock is enabled.
    Supervision
    Supervision mode is exclusive to Apple devices. It lets device admins control and monitor the devices. This field specifies whether Supervision is enabled or not.         

  2. MEMORY USAGE
    This section shows the amount of memory space used and available in the enrolled devices

  3. NETWORK SUMMARY
    Specifications
    Description
    Phone Number
    The 10-digit unique number registered for the device by a service or carrier provider, for contacting that device.
    Subscriber Carrier Network
    The name of the operator that provides and maintains the network.
    Bluetooth MAC
    The unique address used to identify a Bluetooth-enabled device.
    Wi-Fi MAC
    The unique address used to identify the wireless network to which a device is connected.
    Roaming Enabled
    Roaming lets a user utilize cellular network outside the geographical coverage area of their home network. This field specifies whether roaming is enabled.

  4. OS SUMMARY
    Specifications  
    Description
    OS
    The name of the OS installed in the enrolled device.
    OS Version
    The version number of the OS installed in the enrolled device.
    Build Version
    The version number of the build, which is released during system or patch update.
    Serial Number
    Contains a set of alphabets and numbers used for identifying whether the OS installed in the device is veritable.

  5. SECURITY INFO
    Specifications
    Description
    Rooted device
    Specifies if the device is rooted. Rooting refers to the process of bypassing prohibitions implemented by the Android OS and the manufacturer. Rooted devices should be handled carefully as they are vulnerable to security breaches.
    Jailbroken device
    Specifies if the device is jailbroken. Jailbreaking refers to the process of removing Apple software restrictions and providing privileged access to the user. Jailbroken devices are highly vulnerable to security attacks and the process is usually not supported by Apple.
    Password Compliant
    Specifies whether an iOS device complies to the passcode requirements. The passcode can be enabled using Apple's in-built MDM.
    Password Compliant with Profiles
    Specifies whether the devices are in compliance with the passcode policy applied through the associated profile.
    Passcode Enabled
    Specifies whether the device is secured using a passcode.
    Storage Encryption
    Specifies whether encryption is enabled for data that is stored in the device.
    Google Play Protect
    Specifies if Google Play Protect is turned on in the device. This is a service provided by Google to ensure no harmful or suspicious apps are installed in the device.

  6. Knox DETAILS
    Specifications
    Description
    Container Status
    Knox container is an exclusive feature for Samsung Knox-enabled devices. It isolates corporate data from personal data by creating a separate secure space in the device. This field specifies whether Knox container is enabled for the device.
    Knox Status
    Specifies the status of Knox and warranty details.
    Knox Version
    Specifies the Knox version.

  7. SAFETYNET ATTESTATIONS
    Specifications
    Description
    Basic Integrity Check
    Specifies the result of the device system integrity check done by the SafetyNet Attestation API.
    Google Certification
    Specifies the result of the Google Certification for device safety done by the SafetyNet Attestation API.

The Info tab consists of the following sections:
  1. DEVICE INFORMATION
    Information
    Description
    Device Name
    Default or user-customized name of the enrolled device. Admins can use this name to identify devices.
    OS Version
    Version number of the OS installed in the enrolled device.
    Build Version
    Version number of the build, which is released during system or patch update.
    Model Number
    Unique number that is used to identify the model type of the device.
    Device Model
    Release model of the device which has been enrolled in Zoho One. Admins can use this detail to identify and perform device-specific actions.
    Device Type
    Type of the device which has been enrolled in Zoho One. Admins can use this detail to identify and perform device-specific actions.
    Product Name
    Release name given to the device by the manufacturer. For example, Samsung Galaxy Edge or Moto G5.
    UDID
    Unique Device Identifier, a unique number that is used to identify and associate Apple Developer account.
    IMEI
    International Mobile Equipment Identity is a 15-17 digit number useful in identifying the individual devices. Admins can use this number to track stolen devices or request service providers to block access to the stolen device.
    MEID
    Mobile Equipment Identifier is a unique identifier for identifying a device that uses CDMA for wireless network service.
    Serial Number
    Similar to the IMEI number, this is useful in identifying individual devices.
    Modern Firmware Version
    Current version of the core kernel software that is used for running the OS.
    Device Capacity
    Total storage capacity of the device.
    Free space
    Available storage capacity of the device.
    Available RAM Memory
    Unused RAM capacity of the device.
    Total RAM Memory
    Total RAM capacity of the device.
    Is Supervised
    Supervision mode is exclusive to Apple devices. It lets device admins control and monitor the devices. This field specifies whether Supervision mode is enabled.
    Cellular Technology
    Type of cellular network utilized by the device.
    Battery Level
    Displays the percentage of charge left in the device's battery.
    External capacity
    Total storage capacity of the external storage device installed in the device.
    Available External Capacity
    Available storage capacity of the external storage device installed in the device.
    EAS Device Identifier
    Exchange ActiveSync ID is a unique device identifier used by the EAS protocol to sync data between a messaging server and the device.
    Enterprise Factory Reset Protection
    Enterprise Factory Reset Protection is a security feature for Android devices that prevents device usage after an unauthorized factory reset of the device. When enabled, the factory reset device can only be accessed after authenticating the Google account that was previously set up on the device.
    Find My Device Enabled
    Find My Device is a feature exclusive to Apple devices that is useful in finding a stolen or misplaced iOS device. This field specifies whether the Find My Device feature is enabled.
    Activation Lock Enabled
    Activation lock is a feature exclusive to Apple devices, which will be enabled along with Find My Device functionality. It prevents any unauthorized activation of one's device if that device is stolen or misplaced. This field specifies whether Activation Lock is enabled.
    Do Not Disturb Enabled
    Do Not Disturb mode blocks any notifications, alerts, or calls. This field specifies whether Do Not Disturb mode is enabled.
    iTunes Account Logged-In
    Specifies whether the user has signed in to their iTunes account in their iOS device.
    Cloud back up in device
    Specifies whether the iCloud data backup is enabled.
    Cloud last back up time
    Specifies the recent cloud backup time.
    OS Name
    Name of the OS installed in the enrolled device.

  2. NETWORK INFORMATION
    Information
    Description
    Bluetooth MAC
    A unique address used to identify a Bluetooth-enabled device.
    Wi-Fi MAC
    A unique address used to identify the wireless network to which a device is connected.
    Data Roaming enabled
    Data roaming lets a user to utilize mobile data services outside the geographical coverage area of their home network. This field specifies whether data roaming is enabled.
    Voice Roaming enabled
    Voice roaming lets a user utilize cellular network outside the geographical coverage area of their home network. This field specifies whether voice roaming is enabled.
    IP Address
    Internet Protocol address is a unique identifier for identifying the device connected to a network.
    Personal Hotspot Enabled
    Personal hotspot lets a user share network and data with other similar devices. This field specifies whether personal hotspot is enabled.
    Wi-Fi IP
    A unique address for identifying the router connecting the device to the wireless network.
    Ethernet MAC
    A unique address for identifying the network interface controller (NIC).
    Ethernet IP
    A unique address for identifying the NIC connected over a network.

  3. SIM INFORMATION
    Information
    Description
    IMEI
    International Mobile Equipment Identity, a 15-17 digit number useful in identifying the individual devices. Admins can use this number to track stolen devices or request service providers to block access to the stolen device.
    ICCID
    Integrated Circuit Card Identification, a unique 18-22 digit number  found in the SIM card. It is useful for identifying the carrier network that the device has connected to.
    Phone Number
    10-digit unique number registered for the device by a service or carrier provider, for contacting that device.
    Current Carrier Network
    Name of the network operator that provides and maintains the network to which the device is connected to.
    Carrier Setting Version
    Version number of the current carrier settings.
    Current MCC
    Current Mobile Country Code, a unique identifier for identifying the network operator whose network the device is connected to.
    Current MNC
    Current Mobile Network Code, a unique identifier for identifying the mobile network operator. This field specifies the current MNC of the device.
    Subscriber MCC
    Unique identifier for identifying the network operator whose network the device is subscribed to.
    Subscriber MNC
    Unique identifier for identifying the mobile network operator. This field specifies the original MNC of the device.
    Roaming Enabled
    Roaming lets a user utilize cellular network outside the geographical coverage area of their home network. This field specifies whether roaming is enabled.
    Data Preferred
    Specifies whether this SIM card is the user's preferred SIM card for connecting to the internet.
    Voice Preferred
    Specifies whether this SIM card is the user's preferred SIM card for making voice calls.
    Label
    Specifies the label given to differentiate this SIM card.
    Label ID
    Specifies a unique identifier for the SIM card's label.
    Slot
    SIM slot in which the SIM is installed.
