Dashboard- Overview

Dashboards provide pertinent information and quicker visibility of data with 45+ widgets across various apps in a single screen.

For example, say you have added Cliq, Mail, and People to your Zoho One account. You will be able to view the following information on the dashboard:
  1. From Cliq: Your scheduled events, chats that you are mentioned in, and messages you have starred.
  2. From Mail: Mail folders such as Inbox, Drafts, and Sent.
  3. From People: Your pending tasks, your attendance, your leave report, coworkers you've marked as favorite, your organization's upcoming holidays, and announcements made by your organization.

Dashboards can be of two types:

Dashboard for Everyone:
This can be created only by the admin, and will be displayed to everyone in the organization. Admins can create up to three such dashboards for an organization.
Dashboard for Only Me: This can be created by anyone, but will only be visible to them. Every user can create up to two dashboards for themselves.
