Currencies

The Currencies feature helps customers view the product price in a currency of their preference. To find it, go to Settings > Currencies under the General section in your Zoho Commerce dashboard.

How to Add a Currency 

To add a new currency to your store:
  1. Click Add New Currency.

  1. Select the currency to be added from the dropdown list. The symbol will be automatically updated in the Symbol box.

  2. Select the Decimal Places from the drop-down list.

  3. Click OK.

 

You can add multiple currencies to your store this way.

How to Delete a Currency 

To delete a currency from your store:
  1. Click the Delete [] icon beside the currency details.

  1. Click Delete.

 

Exchange Rates   

An exchange rate refers to the rate of exchange between the base currency and any other currency.

Exchange Rate Feeds   
The exchange rates for different currencies are automatically obtained as and when they change. These are called exchange rate feeds. In Zoho Commerce, the exchange rate will be obtained in real time from our service provider Open Exchange Rates with respect to the base currency of your store.

Enable/Disable Currency Conversion 
You can enable/disable Currency Conversion by moving the toggle. Enable if you want to convert the prices into other currencies for which you have opted below. Disable if your store doesn't support multiple currencies.
Click Save when finished.

Note: While you can add multiple currencies to your store, the final checkout will take place only in the base currency.
