It's easy to match your needs by switching from your monthly subscription to a yearly subscription. To give you an idea of how the payment conversion works when changing your subscription, let's take a look at an example.
Let's assume, with the monthly plan being $35/employee license and yearly plan being $360/employee license, that you have started your first monthly subscription on January 1, 2021. The next subscription renewal would be on February 1, 2021. If you decide to switch to the yearly plan on January 15, 2021, your subscription renewal will be postponed to January 15, 2022, leaving 16 days from your monthly plan (January 16 - January 31) unused.
The prorated amount you have to pay for each employee during conversion will be the total amount for a year ($360) minus the leftover amount from the payment you've already made for this month. The leftover amount is calculated by finding the daily cost of that month ($35/31) and multiplying that with the number of days left (16).
The formula is:
Prorated amount/employee license = Yearly amount - [(Monthly amount/Number of days in month) * Remaining days in month]
So in our example, the prorated amount per employee would be:
$360 - [ ( $35 / 31 ) * 16 ] = $341.94
