Signals notify you of contact touch points such as a mention on Twitter, when a contact has opened your email or when you miss a call. You can respond to these notifications from the Signals detail page itself.
Configure Signals
You can enable or disable the notifications for various contact points from the Signals Configuration Page.
To specify Signals notification preferences
- Go to Setup > Channels > Signals.
List of channels will be displayed. - Enable the appropriate checkboxes and click Save.
