Configure allowed IPs

Whitelisting IP addresses prevents unauthorized access and strengthens your organization's security. Once this is configured, you will only be able to access your organization from the allowed IP addresses.

In the mobile application: 

  1. Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device, then tap  in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap  in the bottom-right corner, then tap Security Policies.
  3. Tap the required security policy, then tap Allowed IPs.
  4. Tap .
  5. Add a static IP, or set an IP range.
  6. Tap SAVE.

In the web application:

  1. Sign in to the Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to  Security, click  Security Policies, then click on the policy you want to configure.
  3. Go to  Allowed IPs, then click  Add IP address.
  4. Enter the required IP or IP range.
  5. Click  Add.
  6. Warning: The addresses you enter must be static gateway IPs. If you do not know your default gateway address, consult with your IT administrator.
  7. To remove an IP address, click .
  8. Enter your password, then click Yes, Remove.
  9. Note: Policy priority changes when a policy is removed.
