Collections

After you've added products and categories, you can create collections to give your customers a variety of shopping options.

Collections are groups of products, bunched together based on a similarity that they share. It could be a group of products on a sale, or selected designs from a particular brand or for a season.

 

Create Collections 

       1. Go to Collections > Add Collection.





       2. Give your collection a Title. The URL will be auto-generated based on the title.
       3. Add a Description.














Add Products  

You can add products to your collection either manually or automatically.
 

Add Products to a Collection Manually  

1. To add the products manually, click the box with the Add [ + ] icon.













2. Select your products from those in your store. Select a category from the top left to add products from that particular category. You can also search for products using the search bar at the top right. Then click Add Products.



  1. Click Save in the following window.

 Add Products to a Collection Automatically (Based on Filters) 

  1. To add products automatically, select Based on Filters under Add Products. 
       2. Select the Column you want to filter your products with, select the Relation, then enter the Condition. Click Add New Condition to add more conditions.









  1. Select All these Conditions if you want all the conditions to apply for the search, or Any of these Conditions if any of the conditions below are satisfied. .

  2. Select your sorting preference from the Sort By drop-down box.

      5. Click Save and Preview.


For example, if you want to create a collection that contains the items of a particular brand, then you have to select equals from the relation and set the brand name under Condition. To display products in a particular price range (say $100 - $200), click Add New Condition, select Price, greater than, and enter 99, then add another condition Price, less than, and enter 201. You can also change your filter to All these Conditions.

















 Edit Collections 

  1. Go to Collections in the left panel.
  2. Hover over the desired collection and click the Edit [] icon.
      3. Click Save after making the changes.








 Delete Collections 

  1. Go to Collections in the left panel.
  2. ​Hover over the desired collection and click the Delete [] icon.
