Collaborating Using Feeds

Feeds in Zoho Desk is a feature that helps you find a collection of status messages, mentions, comments, direct messages, changes made to the tickets you own, closing tickets, assigning tasks, and so on.

Adding Feed

To create a feed:
  1. Click the hamburger menu icon at the upper-left corner of the screen. 
  2. Click Feeds.
  3. Click the plus icon at the lower-right corner of the screen.

  4. In the Add Status page that is displayed, enter your post. 

  5. Then, click the send button.

Adding Comments

  1. To add a comment to an existing post, click Add Comment, as shown in the image below.

  2. In the Add Comment page, enter your comment, and then click the send button.
