Install and Configure the Clearbit Extension
The Clearbit extension can be installed from Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account.
To install the Clearbit Extension from Zoho Desk:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account with Administrator privileges.
  2. Click the Setup icon  ) in the top menu bar.
  3. Click All under Marketplace.
  4. Search for Clearbit on the right side of the screen.
  5. Select the Clearbit extension, then click Install.
  6. In the Clearbit Installation Setup page,
    • Click Profiles whose agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
    • Agree to Terms of Use.
    • Click Install.
  7. Enter the API secret key in the configuration page.
To obtain the Clearbit secret API key
  1. Log in to Clearbit account.
  2. Click API from the left panel.
  3. Copy the generated Secret API key and use it for configuration.

Once installed, the locations for accessing the extension will be displayed on the right side of the extension's detail page. The Clearbit extension can be accessed from the right panel of a ticket's detail page.

View Customers' Enriched Data
To view enriched customer data:
  1. Click Tickets from the menu bar and open a ticket.
  2. Click the Extensions icon  ) on the right side of the ticket's detail page.
    Clearbit enriched data can be viewed in the right panel. All information related to the email associated with the ticket will be displayed.
  3. Click on Person Details.
    Name, email, title, role, seniority and email domain will be displayed. 
    Social media links will also be available.



  4. Click on Company Details.
    Details based on the domain value of the company will be displayed.
    Social media links will also be available.



Uninstall the Extension
When an extension is uninstalled, all widgets that were created will be deleted.
To uninstall an extension:
  1. Click the Setup icon (  ) in the top bar.
  2. In the Setup Landing page, click All under Marketplace.
  3. In the Marketplace page, click Installed Extensions.
  4. Choose Clearbit from the list of extensions.
  5. Click the More icon  ) at the upper-right corner of the Clearbit extension setup page.
  6. Select Uninstall Extension.
  7. Click Confirm to uninstall the extension.
