Cancel Zoho One subscription

Info: If your purchase was made offline, please contact your account manager or sales@zohocorp.com to cancel your subscription. Learn how to move to an online subscription.

Subscription-related actions can only be performed by the organization owner.

Cancel trial

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
  3. Under Subscription, click Cancel Trial.
  4. Enter your account password and the reason for terminating the account.
  5. Click Cancel my Zoho One account.

Cancel subscription

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.
  3. Under Subscription, click Manage.

  4. If you're under the Flexible User Pricing, click Cancel Subscription beside Subscription Details.
  5. If you're under the All Employee Pricing, click Change Plan beside Subscription Details, then click Cancel Subscription.

  6. State your reason for canceling the subscription, then click CONFIRM DOWNGRADE.
  7. Note: To cancel the subscription immediately, uncheck Downgrade automatically at the end of current billing cycle.
