Can someone else edit my website without having my login credentials?

Yes, someone else can edit your site without you having to share your login credentials. You can grant people with either of two levels of access to edit your site:

 

1. Admins

Admins have the same privileges as the site owner, except that they cannot delete the site or   publish the site for the first time.

 

2. Authors

Authors can modify and publish content of pages they have access to. You have the option to approve changes before publication or disable authors from publishing.

 

To invite authors or administrators to your website:

  1. Open the Manage menu and select Sharing.

  2. Enter the email addresses of the users that you want to add.

  3. Click the Role dropdown box and select the access level.

  4. Click Share.



      Note: To allow admins to view form data, click on the check box labelled Form Data view permission.
