Can I restrict my sales reps' to tweet from the Zoho CRM org account ?

Yes, as an administrator you can grant or revoke permission of other users based on the type of activities you want them to perform.

In CRM, there are three types of permissions that are available for a profile, based on which a user can perform certain actions:
  1. User can either Tweet, Reply to Tweets, send Direct Messages, Retweet, make tweets Favorite, and View.
  2. Users can only Reply to Tweets and DM, Favorite, and View.
  3. Users can only view the Tweets.
If you want to restrict sales reps from tweeting from the org's Twitter handle you must disable the relevant permissions for the respective profile. In this case, you can disable the below mentioned permission:
  1. Tweet, Reply to Tweets, send Direct Messages, Retweet, make tweets Favorite, and View.
  2. Reply to Tweets and DM, Favorite, and View.
Remember that, you can set permission only for profiles and not for a particular user. For example, you can't restict an individual sales rep from tweeting, you have to disable the entire sales rep profile from doing so.

To set profile permission for Twitter handle
  1. In CRM account, go to Setup > Channels > Social
  2. Under the Brand settings, click on a brand.
  3. Click Manage on the Twitter handle .
  4. Under Actions, remove the profile that your sales rep belongs to from the following options:
    1. Can Tweet, Reply to Tweets and Direct Message (DM), Retweet, Favorite, and View.
    2. Can only Reply to Tweets and DM, Favorite, and View.
  5. And, add the user profile to Can only View option and click Save.
