Can I reach out for support over live chat?

Sure, you can. But before that, have you tried searching for your answer here on our Help Center. Just enter your question/search keywords in the search field at the top of this page. 7 out of 10 questions we receive via chat have a solution in our Help Center.

If you'd rather chat with an agent directly, you could do it from within the Zoho Desk application. To reach out to our live chat support, follow the steps mentioned below:
  1. Log in to your Zoho Desk account.
  2. Click your Account Photo in the top-right corner of your Zoho Desk.



  3. Click ' Chat with us' from under the Need Help? section.
  4. Enter your question on the pre-chat survey window.
    Note that your name and email address are pre-filled.
  5. Click Start Chat to start the conversation.

Note:
  • Live chat support is not available for customers on the Free and Standard plans.
