Can I customize a Related List section in a Record's Details page? If so, how?

Yes. You can customize a Related List section in a Record's Details page. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Click on the [Module] tab. For eg. Leads.
  2. Open a [Module] List Record.
  3. Click on the drop down list on top of that related list. 

  4. 4. Add the columns that you need.  
  5. Click Save.
