Can I configure more than one Facebook or Twitter account?
Yes, you can configure more than one Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram accounts in Zoho Desk. You can also add multiple pages from different Facebook accounts to convert their posts into tickets.
To associate more than one social media account:
- Log in to Zoho Desk with Administrative privileges.
- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar.
- Click Social under the Channels menu.
- On the Social page, click New Brand in the upper right area.
Note: You must create a new brand to link additional social media accounts. - Enter the details of the brand and click Save.
- On the panel for the brand you created, click the + symbol next to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to link an account.
