Can I add the same form on more than one page of my site?

Yes, you can. The data from these multiple forms will be collected and stored in a single view. To view this data, open the Manage menu and select  Form Data

Note: The data for the default Contact Us form can be found in the Contact Manager. To access the Contact Manager, open the Manage menu and select Contact Manager.
