What is Zoho CRM?

What is Bigin?
Bigin is an offshoot of Zoho CRM. It's a pipeline-centric CRM solution that is designed and priced to meet the needs of small businesses. Bigin is a simple-yet-powerful CRM solution for small businesses that allows them to keep track of their deals, organize contacts, manage activities, and manage their customer relationships.

Why do you need CRM and Bigin integration?
While Zoho CRM is for large enterprises, Zoho CRM's offshoot Bigin is designed to cater small business needs. You may not want all of your users to have access to Zoho CRM's advanced features. Full CRM access is simply unnecessary for some users in an organization who only perform basic CRM operations such as adding new contacts, updating deal stages, making phone calls, and keeping track of tasks.

How does this integration work?
Users that do not require full access to a CRM can be added as Bigin users and still have rudimentary access to CRM records using this integration. This protects your data safe from human error and avoids misunderstanding for users who aren't experienced with an enterprise-level CRM.

Should you have a license for both products?
With your license for Zoho CRM, you can opt for user-specific subscription in Bigin. A Bigin subscription is substantially cheaper than a Zoho CRM subscription, so you can save money by adding low-level CRM users to Bigin and keeping your Zoho CRM account exclusively for core users. However, a separate subscription is required for the Bigin users.
