Configure SAML in Zoho One

  1. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Marketplace, then use the search bar to find and install BambooHR.

  3. Enter your Tenant Name.
  4. Note: Your tenant name is the first part of your BambooHR URL. If your URL is "zylker.bamboohr.com," your tenant name will be "zylker."
  5. If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access BambooHR, uncheck Display app to users.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Manage Application, then Single Sign-On.
  8. Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
  9. Click Identity Provider Details, then copy the X.509 Certificate and the Sign-in URL.

Configure SAML in BambooHR

  1. Log in to your BambooHR account.
  2. Click bamboohr-cloud-icon, then search for SAML.
  3. Select SAML from the results, then click Install.
  4. Paste the Sign-in URL under SSO Login URL and the X.509 Certificate under x.509 Certificate.
  5. Click Install.

Test the SAML connection

  1. Return to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  2. Go to Applications, then click BambooHR.
  3. Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign.
  4. Click open-app-icon. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to BambooHR's homepage.

Make app visible to all users

  1. After successfully testing the SSO, you can make BambooHR available for all users to access from their My Apps pages.
  2. To make BambooHR visible to all users:
  3. Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
  4. Go to Applications, then click BambooHR.
  5. Click Edit, check Display app to users, then click Update.

  6. You can now access BambooHR from Zoho One's My Apps page.
