Attaching files from other Cloud Drives

Attaching files from other Cloud Drives

Files can be attached to a record from other cloud drives into the Attachments related list. The list of supported cloud drives are: Google Drive, Box, and OneDrive. 
Note
  1. A file should not exceed 10MB
  2. Maximum of 5 files can be attached at a time.
To attach files from other drives
  1. Go to a module and select the record.
  2. In the Attachments related list, click Attach and select Other Cloud Drives from the drop-down list.
    Alternatively, you can scroll to the attachment section > click Attach > Other Cloud Drives from the drop-down list.

  3. Select the Cloud Drive of your choice and click Authenticate in the popup and login.

  4. Select the files that you want to add and click Attach.
