Associate profile

Associate profile

You can create one or more profiles and associate them to the required devices or groups. Once you associate a profile to the device, all restrictions and policies configured within that profile will be applied to that device. For example, if the profile had a passcode policy configured, the users can only access their devices using passcodes.
Note: When multiple profiles are associated to the device, profile will be applied to that device based on the profile priority.

To associate a profile:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. To associate a profile to a device:
    1. Go to Device management.
    2. Go to the Devices tab, then click on the required device.
    3. Click the Associated Profiles tab, then click Associate Profiles.
    4. Select the required profiles.
    5. Click Associate Profiles.
  3. To associate a profile to a group:
    1. Click Groups in the left menu.
    2. Click on the required group, then click the Device Profiles tab.
    3. Click Associate Profile, then select the required profile(s).
