App assignment methods

Apps can be assigned to users by four different methods:
  1. Assign to individual user: The admin can assign the app to each user individually.
  2. Assign to a group: The admin can assign the app to all the users in a group or department.
  3. Assign to everyone in the organization: The admin can assign the app to all the users in the organization.
  4. Assign by conditions: The admin can assign the app to specific users.
