The Adobe Sign extension for Zoho Desk lets you and your customers electronically sign agreements from your Desk tickets. Approving a purchase, closing a deal, signing an agreement, and more, you can do it electronically with Adobe Sign. This integration also allows you to see list of all the agreements sent to each customer.
Installing the extension
The Adobe Sign extension can be installed from the Zoho Marketplace or from your Zoho Desk account.
To install the extension from your Zoho Desk account: - Log in to your Zoho Desk account with administrator privileges.
- Click the Setup icon ( ) on the top bar.
- Under Marketplace, click All.
- Select the Adobe Sign extension and click Install.
- In the General Settings page, select departments and profiles who agents can access the extension in Zoho Desk.
- Agree to the Terms of Use and click Install.
- Click Authorize in the pop-up and sign in with your Adobe Sign credentials.
- Click Save.
Sending agreements from Zoho Desk
You can use the Adobe Sign extension to send agreements to your customers for their signature, all in Zoho Desk.- Click Tickets in the top band (menu bar).
- Open a ticket from the list.
- Click on the Extensions icon ( ) in the right-top corner.
The Send Agreement page will open in the right panel. - Click Choose the file and upload the agreement.
- The recipient's email address will auto-populate from the ticket. If it does not, you can enter it manually.
- Enter the agreement name.
- Set the Expiration for the agreement.
- Set the Reminder for the customer.
- Select Add signature fields if you want to be taken directly to the signature location in the agreement.
The agreement will open in a new pop-up.
- Click Send.
Viewing agreements in Zoho Desk
The full agreement list from Adobe Sign can be viewed from the Ticket Detail subtab in Zoho Desk.- Click Tickets in the top band (menu bar).
- Open a ticket from the list.
- Click on the ( ) icon located in the subtab of the ticket's detail page.
- Click Adobe Sign.
- Under History, the status of all the agreements shared so far with that particular customer will be displayed.
- Click Cancel to withdraw an agreement that has been sent.
- Enter the reason for revoking it and click Cancel.
Uninstalling the extension
You can uninstall the Adobe Sign extension at any time.- Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar.
- Click All under Marketplace.
- Click Installed Extensions.
- Choose Adobe Sign from the list of extensions.
- Click the More icon ( ) in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Uninstall Extension.
- Click Confirm to uninstall the extension.
