Admins - Overview

Administrators play an important role in Zoho One. They are the people who manage the organization through the Zoho One Admin Panel. There are two different administrative roles in Zoho One:
  1. Zoho One Admins: Zoho One Admins are privileged users with complete access to the Admin Panel. They perform all subscription-related actions and receive related email updates on those actions. They are also responsible for managing all users, groups, and applications in the organization.
  2. Note: The Organization Owner, sometimes referred to as a Super Admin, is a special type of Zoho One Admin. By default, the person who signs up for Zoho One will be assigned the position of Owner, and only they can edit the organization's details. 
  3. App Admins: App Admins are users that have been delegated by the Zoho One Admins to manage specific apps. App Admins are the most privileged users inside their app's hierarchy and are responsible for managing access to the app.
  4. Note: The App Owner is a special type of App Admin. By default, the Admin who adds the app will be assigned the position of App Owner.
