Actions that can be performed on a record

Changing Record Owner

The ownership of a record in your CRM account can be changed to another user along with the open activities.
To change the record owner
  1. Go to the module and open the record.
  2. Tap Edit > [Module] Owner.
  3. Choose the new owner from the popup and tap Select.
  4. Select the appropriate checkbox  to notify the record owner and transfer Open Tasks, Meetings, and Calls.
  5. Click Done.

Uploading Photo

You can upload the record images of the Leads, Contacts etc. in your CRM account. You can either capture a new image or select from your photo library. 
To upload image 
  1. Go to leads/contacts module and select a record.
  2. Click More  >  Upload Photo.
  3. Take a photo or Select a photo from the library and click Save.

Record voice notes

After a meeting if you would like to include your thoughts, instead of typing, you can record it. The recorded voice note can also be converted as a text. The audio file can be a maximum of 2 minutes long.
To record voice notes
  1. Go to the module and select the record to which you want to add a voice note.
  2. Tap the Voice Note  icon against Notes.
  3. Tap the red button to start  and stop  recording.
  4. You can either tap Save Voice Note to save it as an audio file or Convert as Text Note to convert the recording into a text.

Scan documents and add them as attachments

You can scan documents and add them as attachments to a record.
To scan documents 
  1. Go to the module and select a record.
  2. Tap the Add  button next to Attachments and select Scan Documents.
  3. Capture and Save the document as PDF.
